1. Overview

At Cura Oils, we take pride in delivering high-quality, 100% organic essential oils. Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product delivered 
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Return Window

All return or replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Please email us at info@curaoils.com with your order details and clear images of the product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
– Opened or used products
– Products with tampered packaging
– Items returned without original packaging

5. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:
– A replacement will be shipped OR
– A refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For any other cases, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
